- Clinics may set their own cancellation policies, including any fees for late cancellations or missed appointments.
2. Refunds
- Refunds for appointment fees, if applicable, are handled directly by the clinics. MediSync acts solely as a facilitator and does not process payment refunds.
- Clinic subscription fees for listing or premium features on MediSync are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing.
3. Service Issues
